Services and pricing
Published website packages (Starter $349, Business $749, Premium $1,499) are one time prices for the scope described on the Pricing page. Monthly services are quoted individually in a written proposal after the free audit. That proposal, once accepted, forms the agreement for that engagement.
Payments
Website packages are invoiced 50% to start and 50% on approval of the delivered site. Monthly services are invoiced monthly in advance and may be cancelled at the end of any paid month.
Results
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition and the client business itself. We guarantee the work described in your proposal, delivered on the agreed schedule, and honest reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the website, content and materials created for your project are yours. Showcase rights: unless you ask otherwise in writing, we may present the work in our portfolio and case studies using factual project information.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.
